After having such a horrible nightmare from Pacific BMW in Glendale with their lease end department. I decided to go to BMW Of Monrovia. I called Shannon from the Lease End department she gave me a same day appointment, got me in and out of there in 15 minutes and made a horrible nightmare of a situation with Glendale such a smooth and enjoyable process. Hands down the easiest, most straightforward car purchasing experience so far! We decided to stop by on a Saturday with no appointment to see some CPO 530e's. Yury happened to be the one to greet us at the door, and we are so grateful we got him. He was informative without ever being pushy. He treated me with respect and was genuine in a way that seems to be rare for car sales reps. We got all the info we needed on the car and took it for a test drive. We said we needed to go home and think about it, so he texted me his business card, shook hands, and we were on our way. No pressure to buy. No "this deal is only good today" BS. Ultimately, we decided that car was over our budget, so the next day we went through 2 different BMW dealers trying to catch the right car with all the options we wanted. One fell through, and the other dealer was trash (check out my review on them soon). A search on car gurus brought us back to Monrovia for a different 530e that had just been marked down and landed in our budget. I texted Yury and we were working out a deal within the hour. No gimmicks. My credit union closed before we could complete the deal so we had to return the next day after work to sign and take our new car home. Yury promised us he would hold the car for us and he kept his word. No pressure to rush to the dealership at the risk of losing the deal. When it came time to sign, I expected to have the back and forth with warranty and absurd "mandatory" paint clear coat fees. There was NONE of that. I was genuinely shocked. No sneaky fees. Everything was exactly as we had agreed earlier. When we declined the warranty, they did offer to reduce the price. When we still declined the warranty, they quickly removed it, and we moved forward without issues. The world of car sales needs more Yury's and his team. He promised he would take care of us, and he did. As long as he is there, we will continue to be loyal customers.
